Shanghai Tandem Motor Company Limited provides limited warranty coverage on manufacturer's defective parts.

The following parts are covered under this warranty during their warranted period from the date of purchase.

• Engine/Transmission/Carburetor: 6 months – 1 year
• Electrical Components/Wiring: 6 months
• Frame/Shocks/Swing Arm/Exhaust: 6 months

This warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear parts including, but not limited to, body panel, seat upholstery, bumper, air filters, brake pads, tires, bulbs, cables, bearings, fasteners, chains, etc., or damage due to lack of schedule maitanance, accident, act of God, misuse or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not TANDEM approved parts will void the warranty.

Return of defective parts at your expense may be requested for replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to take and forward a picture of the part(s) in question to verify warranty information. Once the warranty claim is approved, we will send the replacement part(s) within fourteen (14) business days. We stock a full range of parts in our warehouses. If certain parts are out of stock and must be ordered, lead-time may be extended.

This warranty does NOT cover products sold on-line and not delivered through an authorized TANDEM Dealer without written authorization from TANDEM.
